RESOLUTION NO. 2450
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF APPLICATION 1-EXC-83 TO PERMIT
COMPACT STALLS AND REDUCED STANDARD SIZE STALL WIDTHS
WITHIN THE VALLCO VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER.
APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd.
ADDRESS: 10050 N. Wolfe Road, Cupertino, California 95014
SUBMITTED: September 16, 1983
LOCATION: Southwest corner of Homestead Road and Wolfe Road
FINDING:
The Planning Commission finds that the plan proposed by Vallco
Village is reasonable and that it is anticipated that the Parking
Ordinance for the City of Cupertino will be modified in the near
term to reflect a reduced standard stall size width of 9 ftand
length of 18 ft. and therefore will be in conformance with the
changes likely to be adopted. Delaying Vallco Village from
implementing the revisions will be detrimental to their business
during the up -coming shopping period.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 1-EXC-83
as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
2. The applicant shall have the option of incorporating up to 257.
compact parking stalls.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1983, at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Members Claudy, Szabo and Chairman Adams
NAYS: Commissioner Koenitzer
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Member Blaine
