OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 7.0
ACRES FROM R3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE TO
P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
INTENT) ZONE.

ADDRESS: 245 Glen Ridge Avenue, Los Gatos, California 95030
SUBMITTED: September 1, 1983
LOCATION: Southeast corner of Miller Avenue and Calabazas
Creek approximately 1/4 mile south of Stevens Creek
Boulevard.

Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on
Page 1.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not
conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.
In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 9-Z-83
as may be amended by additional conditions contained
herein.
16. The approval is granted to allow rental housing units.
Uses shall be consistent with the uses permitted in the R3
Zoning District. Procedures of the Planned Development
Zone shall be followed for any expansion or modification
of use.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1983, at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Claudy, Koenitzer, Szabo, Chairman Adams

ABSENT: Commissioner Blaine
