RESOLUTION NO. 2446
OF. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPER T T ANO
APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TO SUBDIVIDE AN
EXISTING PROPERTY CONSISTING OF 0.46 ACRES INTO
TWO LOTS.
APPLICANT: Dzidra Silver
ADDRESS: 11316 Entrada Place, Los Altos, California 94022
SUBMITTED: August 31, 1983
LOCATION: North side of Dolores Avenue approximately 200 ft.
west of Orange Avenue.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning
Commission meeting of October 10, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict
with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as
enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application
16 -TM -83 as may be amended by additional conditions
contained herein.
16. Dedication requirements on Dolores Avenue shall be
consistent with the right of way requirements specified in
the Stevens Creek Boulevard Plan Line Study (Manta Vista
Specific Plan).
17. The existing garage and "open shed" shall be relocated to
Parcel A or removed and/or new garage built to be
consistent with the setback requirements of the R1 -7.S
zoning district prior to recordation of the final parcel
map.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1983, at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Claudy, Koenitzer, Szabo, Chairman Adams
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Blaine
