RESOLUTION NO. 2441
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP TO RELOCATE LOT LINES
OF FOUR EXISTING LEGAL LOTS OF RECORD EQUALING
1.1 ACRES.
APPLICANT: Edward J. Hahamian (Phillip Pflager & Nancy Brown)
ADDRESS: 1211 Park Avenue, #212, San Jose, California 95126
SUBMITTED: August 2, 1983
LOCATION: South side of Palm Avenue approximately 125 ft. west
of Palo Vista Road.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on
Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the
Planning Commission meeting of September 14, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict
with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as
enumerated herein shall apply.
15. This approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application
15 -TM -83 as may be amended by additional conditions
contained herein.
16. The front yard on Parcel D may be oriented to the westerly
property line and the rear yard to the easterly property
line. The Commission finds that this alternate orientation
will improve the usability of the subject property and
design relationship to surrounding properties.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1983, at a regular
adjourned meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of
Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
