RESOLUTION NO. 2432
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT
SEVEN DETACHED SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS.

LOCATION: South side of Bollinger Road approximately 150 ft.
west of DeFoe Drive.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on
Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the
Planning Commission meeting of September 12, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict
with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as
enumerated herein shall apply.
15. This approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application
29-U-83 as may be amended by additional conditions
contained herein.
16. The applicant shall install plumbing chases to facilitate
the installation of solar systems at some date in the
future. Installation of solar systems is optional.
17. The homes to be built on the subject property shall conform
in all respects with the requirements of the .R1 Zoning
District with the exception of lot width requirements for
Parcels 3, 4, and 5 which are approved per Exhibit A ❑f
Application 10 -TM -83.
18. Provisions shall be made in the design of individual
driveways to allow a minimum of five (5) parking spaces
within the public right of way of the cul de sac.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1983, at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
