FT. MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL INTENT) ZONE. APPLICANT: Terry Brown Construction Company ADDRESS: 21884 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: June 15, 1983 LOCATION: East side of Carmen Road, southerly of Stevens Creek Boulevard behind the existing homes which front Carmen Road. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 8, 1983. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 6-Z-83 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. Additionally, the zoning exhibit is amended to delete Parcel 97, Parcel 97 A and a portion of Parcel 86 as identified on said Exhibit A. 16. Setbacks and building heights shall be determined in conjunction with the use permit approval granted for the construction of individual home sites. 17. Individual site development shall require geological review consistent with the requirements of the seismic and geologic hazard section of the Cupertino General Plan. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1983, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer, Szabo, Chairman Adams NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT.
