HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 24211-U-68 (Revised) RESOLUTION NO. 2421 OF THE PLANIJING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REVISION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED USE PERMIT TO ALLOW COMMERCIAL USES W-ITHIN AN EXISTING CONVERTED RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE EQUALING 1,150 SQ, FT, APPLICANT: Dale Applegate and Robert Morgan ADDRESS: 1243 Meridian Avenue, San Jose, California 95125 SUBMITTED: June 10, 1983 LOCATION: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 270 ft. east of Stelling Road ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page l and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 11, 1983. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of Application 1-U-68 (Revised) as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The use permit is granted to allow general commercial uses which are consistent with those uses allowed without a use permit under the CG zoning district. Uses requiring a use permit in the CG zone shall require a revision of this use permit. Additionally, restaurants and markets shall not be allowed in this small converted residential, structure unless a revision of this use permit is approved by the City Council. 17.
