OF THE PLANIJING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REVISION TO A PREVIOUSLY
APPROVED USE PERMIT TO ALLOW COMMERCIAL USES W-ITHIN
AN EXISTING CONVERTED RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE EQUALING
1,150 SQ, FT,

LOCATION: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 270 ft. east of
Stelling Road

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page l and subconclusions as set
forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 11, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special
conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A and B of Application 1-U-68 (Revised) as
may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The use permit is granted to allow general commercial uses which are consistent
with those uses allowed without a use permit under the CG zoning district.
Uses requiring a use permit in the CG zone shall require a revision of this
use permit. Additionally, restaurants and markets shall not be allowed in this
small converted residential, structure unless a revision of this use permit
is approved by the City Council.
17. The applicant is required to dedicate Bianchi Way located on the west side
of the subject property to a 50 ft. public street right of way.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
