OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A NEW TWO-STORY
STRUCTURE EOUALING APPROXIMATELY 21,000 SQ. FT.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:

Aporoval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as
set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 11, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B and C of Application 19-U-83
as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The approval is to allow church related activities and Sunday School
within the new building Number 4.
17. The applicant shall improve the landscaped areas on the westerly and
southerly property lines which shall be planted with additional Evergreen
trees and/or shrubs and be fully irrigated, subject to the review and
approval of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee prior to
issuance of building permits.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
