DENYING A USE PERMIT TO REPLACE AN EXISTING SERVICE
STATION WITH A SELF-SERVICE STATION.

FINDINGS:
Denial is subject to the findings and subconclusions as set forth in the
minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 11, 1983. Also, the
Commission finds that the proposed use does not complement or function
to enhance this major community gateway.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
