RESOLUTION NO. 2410 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
MAKING A FINDING THAT NO ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT NEED BE PREPARED REGARDING APPLICATION
2-Z-83 BECAUSE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR THE GENERAL PLAN FULLY ADDRESSES THE IMPACTS
ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPOSED PROJECT.
The specific development proposed in conjunction
with Application 2-Z-83 was utilized as a
development model for the Town Center planning
area. This model was assessed in conjunction with
the General Plan Amendment particularly in terms
of building types and intensities and projected
servicing and road improvement requirements.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1983, at a regular adjourned meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
