RESOLUTION NO. 2403
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION
MAP TO DIVIDE ONE ACRE INTO FIVE RESIDENTIAL LOTS.

LOCATION: North side of Almaden Avenue approximately 100 ft. west of
Orange Avenue

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of June 13, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-1.4. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 5 -TM -83 as may
be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall provide a fire turn -around, a fire hydrant, or
other fire protection devices recommended by the Central Fire District
and approved by the Director of Public Works.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Blaine, Claudy, Chairman Adams
