RESOLUTION NO. 2400
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE MODIFICATION AND DELETION OF CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR USE PERMIT APPLICATION
6-U-73 VALLCO PARK REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTER.
APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd. (Vallco Fashion Park Regional Shopping Center)
ADDRESS: 10050 North Wolfe Road, Cupertino, California 95014
SUBMITTED: February 4, 1983
LOCATION: Vallco Fashion Park Regional Shopping Center - East and West Side
of Wolfe Road,South of Highway 280 and North of Stevens Creek Boulevard
FINDINGS:
The Planning Commission finds that Conditions of Approval which were incorporated
in the Use Permit to regulate traffic and install traffic improvements commensurate
with the Vallco Park Construction Phasing Memo are no longer valid. All required
traffic improvements necessary for the current level of development in the
Regional Shopping Center have been installed.
CONDITIONS:
1. Conditions 19, 31 and 34 of Use Permit Application 6-U-73 are rescinded.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1983, at a regular adjourned meeting
of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
