OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A USE PERMIT TO OPERATE AN
ELECTRONIC GAME CENTER (ARCADE) WITHIN THE EXISTING
SEARS DEPARTMENT STORE.

SUBMITTED: April 12, 1983
LOCATION: Northwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Wolfe Road
FINDINGS:
Denial is recommended subject to the following findings;
1. That the use is detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically
permitted in the zone in which the proposed use is to be located.
2. That the proposed use is detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals
and general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighborhood
of such proposed use and injurious to property and improvements in the
neighborhood.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
