RESOLUTION NO. 2395
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF A
PARKING LOT TO SERVE AN EXISTING CHURCH FACILITY.

LOCATION: Southwest quadrant of Homestead Read and Stelling Road approximately
160 ft. south of Homestead Road and 160 ft. west of Stelling Road.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as
set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of May 9, 1983.
CONDITIONS: -
1 -14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B 1st Revision and C of Application
12-U-83 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall improve a two-lane driveway from Homestead Road to
the existing parking lot based on City standards and subject to approval
by the Public Works Department at the building permit level.
17. The applicant shall install permanent paving and landscaping within the
parking lot within five years.
18. The applicant shall install and maintain the burmed landscaping and the
Homestead Road frontage in conjunction with the initial construction
phase of the project.
19. The applicant shall install a gate on the Homestead access, which shall
be open only during church use of the parking lot.
20. Water shall not flow onto other property or onto Homestead Road. If
there are any problems with water flow, the applicant shall be required
to take whatever steps are necessary to alleviate the problem such as
installing a storm drain.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
