OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW LIVE MUSIC AND A
DANCE FLOOR NOT TO EXCEED 110 SQ. FT. IN AN EXISTING
RESTAURANT/BAR.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions
as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of May 9, 1983.
1. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 10-U-83 as may be
modified by additional conditions contained herein.
2. In no case, shall noise levels produced by the dance floor or live music
operation be audible at the exterior of the building.
3. Prior to initiation of the use permit, the applicant shall file with the
Planning Department written agreements with Brentwood Market and St. John's
Restaurant which allows the Mother Lode Restaurant to utilize parking
spaces on their sites.
4. In the event noise, overflow of parking or public disorder becomes a
problem, the Planning Director shall schedule this matter for a hearing
before the Planning Commission for consideration of revocation of this
use permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
