RESOLUTION NO. 2388 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS RELATIVE TO
GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 1-GPA-83.
1. That the City Council initiate proceedings to merge lots of record
in the area delineated by Figure 2-D of the General Plan.
2. That the City Council initiate a City funded study to plan a circulation
system for the Inspiration Heights Study Area. Said study would plan
vertical and horizontal alignments for a road system which provides
access to each separately consolidated property ownership within the study
area. The study would incorporate a geologic assessment. The road
system study would include a traffic circulation plan encompassing the
existing local street network which serves the Inspiration Heights
neighborhood.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer, Chairman Adams
NAYS: Chairman Binneweg
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
