RESOLUTION NO. 2387
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THAT POLICY 2-43 AND FIGURE 2-D OF THE
GENERAL PLAN REMAIN UNCHANGED.
The Planning Commission finds that the public safety,
environmental and cost -related concerns that warranted
the adoption of the Policy and Land Use Program in
1976 have not changed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Binneweg, Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer, Chairman Adams
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
