IN LIEU OF 15 FT. MAXIMUM HEIGHT PERMITTED BY THE ZONING ORDINANCE. APPLICANT: Michael Hoffman ADDRESS: 1032 Westlynn Way, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: February 11, 1983 LOCATION: East side of Westlynn Way, North of Fallenleaf Lane (1032 Westlynn Way) FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 14, 1983. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, C and D and the Project Description accompanying Application 7-U-83. 16. Approval is granted for a maximum height of 20 ft. measured above adjoining finished grade. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1983, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Binneweg, Blaine, Claudy, Koenitzer, Chairman Adams NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None APPROVED: Is/ Victor J.
