OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TO SUBDIVIDE 2.66
ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY
1.76 ACRES AND .90 ACRES.

LOCATION: Southeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS
Approval is subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions
as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of February 14, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. This approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 1 -TM -83 as may be
modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the applicant/owner shall provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements,
reciprocal parkg easements and a covenant providing for joint landscaping
maintenance between Parcels 1 and 2.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
