OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TO CONSOLIDATE
THREE PARCELS CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.1 ACRES
INTO TWO PARCELS CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY
18,500 SO. FT. AND 24,300 SQ. FT.
APPLICANT: D.C.E., Inc. (Richard Childress)
ADDRESS: 1173-B South Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road, San Jose, California 95129
SUBMITTED: December 2, 1982
LOCATION: East side of Bubb Road approximately 200 ft. north of Folkstone
Drive (opposite Regnart Road and adjacent to Regnart Creek)
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of January 12, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit B of Application 13 -TM -82 as may be
amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall meet the requirements of the Santa Clara Valley
Water District concerning dedication or easements and improvements
to Regnart Creek.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 1983, at a regular adjourned
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Binneweg, Blaine, Koenitzer, Chairman Adams
