OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
USE PERMIT TO EXPAND AN EXISTING OFFICE
BUILDING FROM APPROXIMATELY 7,100 SQ. FT.
TO APPROXIMATELY 10,250 SQ. FT.

SUBMITTED: November 30, 1982
LOCATION: Southwest corner of Stelling Road and McClellan Road (21050 McClellan Road)

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of January 10, 1983.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B and C of Application 17-U-82
as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 1983, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cunertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Binneweg, Blaine, Koenitzer, Chairman Adams
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Claudy
