Approval is granted to the city Manager to appoint the follCllllin;J officers or departments heads of the city to serve as city Manager Pro ~ whenever the City Manager is unavailable, am in the followirq order of succession: 1. Bert viskcvich, Director of Public works 2. BaJ:bara Brown, Assistant to the city Manager 3. Blaine Sl'1yàer, Director of Finance 2.
