executed a Grant of Easement which is in good am sufficient fo:rm,

California, an easement for roadway purposes CNer the property situate in
the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, state of California, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" am Exhibit "B", attached hereto am
made a part hereof:

County of santa Clara, state of California, consisting of
