RESOLUTION NO. 7266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
FROM JACK O. LIND, TRUSTEE & TATIANA LIND, TRUSTEE
LOCATED ON DE FOE DRIVE, SOUTH OF BOLLINGER ROAD
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.016 ACRE
WHEREAS, JACK O. LIND, TRUSTEE & TATIANA LIND, TRUSTEE, Grantor, have
executed a Grant of Easement which is in good and sufficient form, conveying
to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for public utility purposes
over the property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,'
State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit
"B", attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
consisting of approximately 0.016 acre, located on De
Foe Drive, south of Bollinger Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino on the 20th day of Ju ly , 1987, by the following vote:

PUBLIC UTItITY EASEMENT
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of that certain:parcel of land
deeded from Jack O. Lind to Santa Clara County which'deed was recorded in
Book 7202 of Official Records, Page 22, Santa Clara County Records;
Thence, N. 0005'30" W., 128.67 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to
the left;
Thence along said curve to the left having a radius of 20.00 feet through a

central angle of 41 25'13" for an arc length of 14.46 feet;
Thence S. 0005'30" E.. 141.89 feet;
Thence East, 5.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.016 acres, more or less.
