'I'HEREFDRE, BE IT :RESOLVED: a. '!he sign program is consistent with the intent of Ordinance 746 provisions pertaining to commercial signage. b. The height of the grourxi signs is necessary to facilitate public convenience in located the business. c. Additional signage beyorxi that ordinarily allowed within commercial zones is necessary since the dealership is located outside of an "auto row"; thus, the signage is necessary to maintain a reasonably profitable business. d.
