PROGRAM FOR A CAR DEAIERSHIP IOCATED ON THE NORIH SIDE OF

WHEREAS, the city Council has reviewed the reccmunerx3ation of the
Architectural am site Approval Committee am has held a hearing involving
written report am testimony from the Planning Department staff and the
property owners, am
WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded its deliberation relative to
the application.
'I'HEREFDRE, BE IT :RESOLVED:
a. '!he sign program is consistent with the intent of Ordinance 746
provisions pertaining to commercial signage.
b. The height of the grourxi signs is necessary to facilitate public
convenience in located the business.
c. Additional signage beyorxi that ordinarily allowed within
commercial zones is necessary since the dealership is located
outside of an "auto row"; thus, the signage is necessary to
maintain a reasonably profitable business.
d. The sign program is not detrimental to the health, safety, peace,
morals, am general welfare of persons residing or working in the
neighbo:rl1ood nor injurious to property am Dprovements in the
neighbortlood.
e. Approval of the sign program is based upon Exhibits B-1 1st
