RESOLUTION NO. 2140
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF'A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE
APPROXIMATELY 4.8 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS EQUALING
2.6 ACRES AND 2.2 ACRES.
APPLICANT: ITSUO UENAKA
ADDRESS: 10431 North De Anza Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014
SUBMITTED: July 31, 1980
LOCATION: East and west side of Bandley Drive approximately 200 feet
south of Mariani Avenue.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of
September 8, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 16 -TM -80 as may be
amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. Full street improvements, including sidewalks, shall be installed along
all public street frontages of Parcels A and B, and along the frontage
of Parcel No. 6 located to the north of Parcel B.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Johnson, Chairman Koenitzer

ABSTAIN: None
