OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY ONE
ACRE FROM R3 and R1-10 TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WITH RESIDENTIAL, 10-15 DWELLING UNITS PER GROSS
ACRE INTENT) ZONE.

LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 300 ft. easterly
of Randy Lane, approximately mid -block between Randy Lane and
Blaney Avenue
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 44-Z-80 as may
be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The zoning permits a residential density range of 10-15 dwelling units
per gross acre. The ultimate density will be determined based upon a
number of factors relating to project design, protection of privacy,
minimization of building mass provision of open space and circulation
areas, etc. Building design should meet all the design -related
requirements of the General Plan and Planning Commission and blend
the building architectural style with the surrounding developments.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Chairman Koenitzer
