HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 213621-U-80 RESOLUTION NO. 2136 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT WHICH MODIFIES A PREVIOUS APPROVAL UNDER APPLICATION 4-U-79 REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF 19 RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOUSE UNITS. APPLICANT: Far West Savings & Loan Association ADDRESS: 4001 MacArtheur Boulevard, Newport Beach, California 92660 SUBMITTED: July 3, 1980 LOCATION: Southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 11, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein.. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerAted herein shall apply. 15. All of the conditions of approval enumerated in Resolution No. 1924 of Application 4-U-79 shall remain in full force and effect unless modified by the conditions contained herein. This approval is based upon Exhibits A, A-1, B, and B-1 of Application 21-U-80 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The approval is for a revision of a previously approved use permit under Application 4-U-79 modifying the architectural theme and site configuration for the residential component of said project. The applicant shall be required to provide solar assisted hot water heating units for all units within the subject development. The solar panels utilized in conjunction with said hot water heating systems shall be illustrated on the detailed Architectural Committee submittal and shown to the Chief Building Inspector to demonstrate the efficiency and functioning of said systems. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of .August, 1980, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Johnson, Chairman Koenitzer NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Commissioner Claudy ATTEST: Robert Cowan Assistant Planning Director -2- APPROVAL: Is/ R.
