OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE IN USE FROM A RETAIL CLOTHING
OUTLET TO AN OFFICE/PHONE STORE OUTLET, PRIMARILY
ORIENTED TO COMMERCIAL SALES AND SERVICE OF PHONE
EQUIPMENT.

SUBMITTED: July 3, 1980
LOCATION: Adjacent to and easterly of Imperial Avenue approximately 100 ft. northerly
of Olive Avenue in the Monta Vista Neighborhood
FINDINGS:
The Commission finds that the proposed use is not more intensive than the
previous use of the subject building, and, therefore, is in accordance with
the requirements of the non -conforming use ordinance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Blaine, Claudy, Johnson, Chairman Koenitzer
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Adams.
