APPLICANT: Green Leaf Landscape Management (David McLeroy) ADDRESS: 21657 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: July 3, 1980 LOCATION: Adjacent to and easterly of Imperial Avenue approximately 100 ft. northerly of Olive Avenue in the Monta Vista Neighborhood FINDINGS: The Commission finds that the proposed use is not more intensive than the previous use of the subject building, and, therefore, is in accordance with the requirements of the non -conforming use ordinance.
