OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING REZONING OF APPROXIMATELY 3 GROSS ACRES
FROM ML (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
WITH MEDIUM TO HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, 10-20 DWELLING
UNITS PER GROSS ACRE INTENT) ZONE.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub -
conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of
July 30, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict 'with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A of Application 31-Z-80 and
A -2nd Revision, and B of Application 17-U-80 as may be amended
by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall file a subdivision map to erase the property line
between the two existing parcels of the subject property and establish
the air space division of the proposed condominium units.
17. The approval is for a maximum of 67. dwelling units on the overall 2.9t
acre parcel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of July, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Blaine, Claudy, Johnson
NAYS: Chairman Koenitzer
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Adams
