APPLICANT: Woodspring, Inc. ADDRESS: 125 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025 SUBMITTED: June 6, 1980 LOCATION: Homestead Road opposite Fallen Leaf Lane ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub - conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 30, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict 'with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A of Application 31-Z-80 and A -2nd Revision, and B of Application 17-U-80 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall file a subdivision map to erase the property line between the two existing parcels of the subject property and establish the air space division of the proposed condominium units. 17. The approval is for a maximum of 67. dwelling units on the overall 2.9t acre parcel.
