RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A
42 -UNIT RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM STRUCTURE WITH
UNDERGROUND PARKING.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS
Denial is recommended subject to the findings and sub -conclusions as set forth
in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of June 26, 1980, and because
the proposed use permit is not in conformance with the recommended zoning district.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of, California, by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Claudy, Johnson, Chairman Koenitzer
NAYS: Commissioner Blaine
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Adams
