HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 211310 -TM -80 RESOLUTION NO. 2113 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUB- DIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 5.3 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS EQUALING 4.4 ACRES AND .9 ACRE . APPLICANT: Key Chevrolet (Paul Weiss - Mark Thomas & Co., Inc.) ADDRESS: 20955 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: May 30, 1980 LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 150 ft. east of Stelling Road. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 14, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 10 -TM -80 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall record a covenant against both Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 obligating existing and future property owners to agree to participate in and provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements by and between each parcel and with the adjoining properties as such time in the future as the City can require the same of adjoining property owners or when development/redevelopment necessitates the implementation of said agreements.
