APPLICANT: Byrne Avenue Properties ADDRESS: 10400 Phar Lap Drive, Cupertino, CA 95014 SUBMITTED: June 6, 1980 LOCATION: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 200 ft. easterly of Byrne Avenue The zoning plat map labeled Exhibit A of Application 30-Z-80 and the attached condition comprise the conceptual plan for Application 30-Z-80. 1. That any future development proposal (Use Permit) shall be consistent from a density and development standpoint with the adopted General Plan for the area.
