RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A PREZONING INVOLVING
APPROXIMATELY .17 ACRES FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY R1-8
TO CITY OF CUPERTINO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH SINGLE-
FAMILY DETACHED INTENT) ZONE.

SUBMITTED: June 6, 1980
LOCATION: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 200 ft. easterly
of Byrne Avenue
The zoning plat map labeled Exhibit A of Application 30-Z-80 and the attached
condition comprise the conceptual plan for Application 30-Z-80.
1. That any future development proposal (Use Permit) shall be consistent from a
density and development standpoint with the adopted General Plan for the
area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
