RESOLUTION NO. 2106
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT
A PARKING LOT TO ACCOMMODATE 29 PARKING SPACES.

SUBMITTED: May 30, 1980
LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 500 ft. easterly
of De Anza Boulevard.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of July 14, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 13-U-80 as
may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall record a covenant agreeing to provide reciprocal ingress/
egress easements by and between the subject property and the adjoining
properties at such time in the future as the City can require the same
of the adjoining property owners.
17. The applicant shall provide an approved and proper fire access road to the
parking lot area subject to the review and approval of the Central Fire
Protection District. Additionally, the applicant shall provide an approved
fire department turn -around in the proposed parking lot.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1980, at..a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the .City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:.
