HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 21059 -TM -80 RESOLUTION NO 2105 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 4.3 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS EQUALING .3 OF AN ACRE AND 4 ACRES. APPLICANT: Albert L. Russo ADDRESS: 20311 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 SUBMITTED: May 30, 1980 LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard approximately 500 ft. easterly of De Anza Boulevard. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub - conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 14, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 9 -TM -80 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall be required to provide the appropriate easements to ensure Fire Department access to the proposed lot. 17. The existing property line separating the proposed parking lot and the existing Lands of Russo shall be eliminated such that the property consists of one ownership parcel. 18. The applicant shall record a covenant obligating existing and future property owners of the parcel identified as Lands of Roman Catholic Welfare Corporation of San Francisco and the property identified as Lands of Russo to provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements between the two parcels created by this map and with all adjacent properties at such time in the future as the City can require the same of the adjoining property owners. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1980, at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote: AYES: Commissioners Adams, NAYS: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Chairman Blaine ATTEST: �a- mes H.
