RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF REZONING APPROXIMATELY
2 ACRES FROM R3 (MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) AND
R1-10 (RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY, 10,000 SQ. FT.
MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH
RESIDENTIAL, 10-15 DWELLING UNITS PER GROSS ACRE, INTENT)
ZONE.

LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, approximately 100 ft. easterly
of Randy Lane.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub -
conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of
June 26, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 24-Z-80 amended to
indicate P (Planned Development with Residential, 10-15 dwelling units
per gross acre intent).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the follow-
ing roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Claudy, Johnson, Chairman Koenitzer
NAYS: Commissioner Blaine
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Adams
