FT. MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH RESIDENTIAL, 10-15 DWELLING UNITS PER GROSS ACRE, INTENT) ZONE. APPLICANT: Clearlake Development ADDRESS: 1303 Lick Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110 SUBMITTED: May 2, 1980 LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, approximately 100 ft. easterly of Randy Lane. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub - conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of June 26, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 24-Z-80 amended to indicate P (Planned Development with Residential, 10-15 dwelling units per gross acre intent).
