RESOLUTION NO. 2086 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE ABANDONMENT OF A SEGMENT OF STEVENS
CREEK BOULEVARD LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
THE INTERSECTION OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND ORANGE
AVENUE.
The section of street proposed for abandonment is generally described on
Tentative Map Exhibit A of Application 7 -TM -80.
The Planning Commission finds the proposed abandonment to be consistent with
the General Plan, the Old Monta Vista Specific Plan, and the Stevens Creek
Boulevard Plan Line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May-, 1980, at an adjourned regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Blaine, Claudy, Johnson
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Commissioner Adams, Chairman Koenitzer
