HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 20857 -TM -80 RESOLUTION NO. 2085 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO CONSOLIDATE FIVE LOTS INTO A SINGLE PARCEL. APPLICANT: Civil and Construction Consultants, Inc. ADDRESS: 7246 Sharon Drive, San Jose, California 95129 SUBMITTED: April 4, 1980 LOCATION: Southeast corner of Orange Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of May 13, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 7 -TM -80 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall sign an agreement agreeing to participate in a reciprocal access easement with adjoining property owners located to the east and south when said property owners are obligated to participate in a similar agreement. The point of joint reciprocal access is generally defined on Exhibt A 1st Revision of the applicant's companion use permit and by Condition 16 of Planning Commission Resolution No.. 2058.
