HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2083LJ- L1'L-11 RESOLUTION NO. 2083 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST TO MODIFY THE APPROVED BUILDING LOCATION AND GRADING FOR LOT 4 OF TENTATIVE MAP APPLICATION 25 -TM -77. APPLICANT: Fabio & Patricia Principi ADDRESS: 3546 Minto Court, San Jose, California 95132 SUBMITTED: April 2, 1980 LOCATION: West side of Regnart Road at the beginning of what is commonly known as Regnart Canyon, approximately 700 ft. southwesterly of Lindy Lane FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of May 19, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon the site plan for Lot 4 labeled Exhibit A 2nd Revision (Lot 4 revised) of Application 25 -TM -77. The conditions described in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1809, as modified by the City Clerk's letter of February 23, 1978 (City Council approval) shall remain in force with the exception that conditions contained in this resolution shall supercede Resolution No. 1809 as amended when a conflict occurs. 16. The grading concepts depicted in Exhibit A 2nd Revision of Application 25 -TM -77 for Lot 4 of Tentative Map Application 25 -TM -77 shall be super - ceded by approvals granted under this resolution. 17. The driveway turn -around areas shall be subject to review and approval by the Central Fire Protection District. 18. The revised site plan and grading plan shall be evaluated by the subdivision project geologist to ensure the stability of the building and adjoining private roadway. The evaluation shall be reviewed by the City's geologist prior to issuance of a building permit. 19.
