RESOLUTION NO. 2082
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A 7,500 SQ. FT. BUILDING ADDITION
TO THE EXISTING HOMESTEAD CENTER.

LOCATION: Southeast corner of Homestead Road and Stelling Road
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of May 14, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A and B of Application 9-U-80
and the applicant's letter dated April 2, 1980,. as may be modified by
additional conditions contained herein.
16. Specific uses shall conform with the list of allowable uses in the
Planned Development Zoning District as enumerated in Condition 16 of
Planning Commission Resolution No. 1719 and as modified by Planning
Commission Resolution No. 1968. Additionally, all new uses shall require
use permit review as required under Condition 17 of Planning Commission
Resolution No. 1719.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Johnson, Chairman Koenitzer
