HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC Reso 207127 -TM -79 RESOLUTION NO. 2071 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO DIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 5+ ACRES INTO 18 SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED LOTS. APPLICANT: Woolworth Construction Company ADDRESS: 740 Camden Avenue, Campbell, CA 95008 SUBMITTED: November 9, 1979 LOCATION: Stevens Creek Boulevard at Phar Lap Drive FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of May 12, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14: Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumberated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit B, 3rd Revision, of Tentative Map Application 27 -TM -79 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The applicant shall grade, to the extent possible, Stevens Creek Boulevard to conform with the adopted plan line. The purpose of the Condition is to eliminate the potential for disruption of yards in lots 10 - 13 should Stevens Creek Boulevard be widened in the future and to enable the applicant to install permanent landscaping and fencing along the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage. 17. The applicant shall install fencing and landscaping on the Stevens Creek frontage. The fencing and landscaping plan shall be reviewed by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. The plan shall utilize low maintenance plant materials which are indigenous to the Stevens Creek flood plain. The applicant shall post a cash amount equal to ten years of landscaping maintenance expense.
