RESOLUTION NO. 2067
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO SUB-
DIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS
EQUALING APPROXIMATELY .65 ACRES AND 1.65 ACRES.

LOCATION: Southwest corner of De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Avenue
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of April 16, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 3 -TM -80 as may be
modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant/owner shall provide reciprocal ingress/egress parking
easements between Parcels A and B and reciprocal maintenance agreements
covering the parking and circulation areas and the on -site utility
system. Said easements and maintenance agreements shall be approved
by the City, placed in escrow, and recorded simultaneously with any
transfer of ownership at no cost to the City.
17. The property line between Parcels A and B shall be shifted
to the west to correspond to the westerly most edge of the
parking spaces servicing Parcel B.
18. Approval of this tentative map does not alter the trip accounting figures
contained in Condition 17 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 1940
approving Application 19-U-76 (Revised). Said condition demonstrates that
there is no trip surplus remaining for the Any Mountain retail or planned
13,200 sq. ft. building.
