FT. MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH OFFICE INTENT) ZONE. APPLICANT: George H. Buck ADDRESS: 1112 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, California 95125 SUBMITTED: March 14, 1980 LOCATION: Northeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 12-Z-80 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. That the approval is to allow the conversion of an existing residential structure to an office building.
