OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REZONING OF APPROXIMATELY
.3 OF A GROSS ACRE FROM R1-10 (RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-
FAMILY, 10,000 SQ. FT. MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO P
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH OFFICE INTENT) ZONE.

LOCATION: Northeast corner of Foothill Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard

Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 12-Z-80 as may
be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the approval is to allow the conversion of an existing residential
structure to an office building.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
