RESOLUTION NO. 2062
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION
MAP TO DIVIDE ONE ACRE INTO FIVE RESIDENTIAL LOTS

LOCATION: North side of Almaden Avenue approximately 100 ft. westerly of
Orange Avenue
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of April 14, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 5 -TM -80 as may be
amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements on Almaden
Avenue frontage shall be deferred until such time as sufficient street
frontage can be economically constructed under the auspices of a single
project. The applicant shall post a cash amount with the City equal to
the estimated improvement costs for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, utilities
and street pavement (if required, based upon City street section standards).
The cash shall be placed in an interest bearing trust account for said
project and disbursed at such time as an economically feasible street
improvement project for Almaden Avenue commences.
17. The P.U.E. and exclusive easement for Lots 2, 3 and 4 identified on
Exhibit A shall be expanded to include a turn -around space for emergency
fire vehicles. The precise design and location of said turn -around area
shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to recordation of the final
map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Vice -Chairman Koenitzer

ABSTAIN: None
