RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST TO PREZONE 1.0
GROSS ACRE FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY R1-8,000 TO
CITY OF CUPERTINO P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL INTENT) ZONE.

SUBMITTED: March 12, 1980
LOCATION: North side of Almaden Avenue approximately 100 ft. westerly of
Orange Avenue.
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon the zoning plat map labeled Exhibit A of
application ll-Z-80 as may be amended by additional conditions
contained herein.
16. Land use activities and site and building plans shall be consistent with.
the City's General Plan and the Specific General Plan for Old Monta Vista.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
