OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO
APPROVE A 3,400 SQ. FT.± RETAIL BUILDING IN A P
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) ZONE.
APPLICANT: San Jose Typewriter Company, Inc.
ADDRESS: 1194 South Second Street, San Jose, California 95110
SUBMITTED: February 1, 1980
LOCATION: Southeast corner of Orange Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of April 14, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions. to the extent that they do not conflict with
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A 1st Revision and B 1st Revision of Appli-
cation 1-U-80 as may be modified, by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall sign an agreement agreeing to participate in a
reciprocal access easement with adjoining property owners located
to the east and south when said property owners are obligated to
participate in a similar agreement. The point of access may be
located as denoted on Exhibit A 1st Revision or within the south-
east corner of the project site. The precise location will be
defined in conjunction with the approval of a development proposal
on said adjoining properties. The southeast corner location may
result in the removal of two off-street parking spaces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Adams, Blaine, Claudy, Vice —Chairman Koenitzer
NAYS: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Chairman Gatto
