HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 20552 -TM -80 RESOLUTION NO. 2055 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPRCVAL OF SUBDIVISION OF THE UNIMPROVED THREE OAKS PARK SITE, CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES, INTO SEVEN RESIDENTIAL PARCELS EQUALING APPROXI- MATELY 6,000 SQ. FT. EACH, AND ONE ADDITIONAL PARCEL CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 3.8 ACRES TO ACCOMMODATE THE REMAINDER OF THE THREE OAKS PARK SITE. APPLICANT: City of Cupertino ADDRESS: 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: February 5, 1980 LOCATION: Southerly of Moltzen Drive, between Candlelight Way and Ruppell Place. FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and sub - conclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 10, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A, except as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The terminus of the new street approved under this application shall provide for a 32 ft. turning radius in accordance with Central Fire District specifications. 17. The City of Cupertino shall record a covenant on each lot to be transferred, informing future lot purchasers of the existence of a one-story building height restriction, and further advising them to contact the City of Cupertino Planning Department for further information regarding this zoning district requirement.
