APPLICANT: San Jose Typewriter Company ADDRESS: 1194 So. Second Street, San Jose, CA 95110 SUBMITTED: February 1, 1980 LOCATION: Stevens Creek Boulevard and Orange Avenue FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions asset forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 10, 1980. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon the oronerty description and circulation plan Exhibit A of 5-Z-80. 16. Future land use activities and site and building plans shall be consistent with the specific general plan for Old !onta Vista.
