OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A REOUFST TO REZONE
APPROXIMATELY .28 ACRES FROM GENERAL CONMERCL�L TO
P (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT WITH GENERAL COMMERCIAL INTENT).

LOCATION: Stevens Creek Boulevard and Orange Avenue
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions asset forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission
meeting of March 10, 1980.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon the oronerty description and circulation
plan Exhibit A of 5-Z-80.
16. Future land use activities and site and building plans shall be
consistent with the specific general plan for Old !onta Vista.
PASSED AND ADOPTEf this 10th day of March, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
