OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT OF CONDITION 30 OF THE
USE PERMIT APPLICATION 6-U-73.

LOCATION: Southwest corner of Portal Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard
Condition 3O of Use Permit Application 6-U-73 is amended as follows:
CONDITION:
3O. Commercial vehicles exceeding three (3) tons shall be prohibited from
utilizing the reach of the perimeter road and Vallco Parkway denoted
on Figure 1 of this resolution.
A City -approved signing program shall be used in lieu of elevated
barriers to implement the prohibition. If Vallco Park elects to
to rescind the agreement for vehicle code enforcement on said
roadways, truck barriers shall be installed.
