RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A USE PERMIT T.0 OPERATE A
PHOTO DRIVE -UP WINDOW FACILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH
RETAIL SALES OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.

LOCATION: Northwest corner of Wildflower Way and Saratoga/Sunnyvale Road
Further Findings:
1. The drive -up facility is located within 500 ft. of an existing structure
containing a drive -through facility which is contrary to City of San Jose
Drive -Through Use Policy VII C.
2. The close proximity of the building to the intersection corner requires
the applicant to severely compromise the City's landscaping design
principles in order to provide vehicular circulation space.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of February, 1980, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
